These Terms of Service ("Terms") are intended to make you aware of your legal rights and responsibilities with respect to your access to and use of the "NaasBot" ("NaasBot") website at https://naasbot.ai/ ("Site") and any related mobile or software applications and services ("NaasBot Applications and/or services") including but not limited to delivery of information via the website, third party integrations, APIs or any other channel whether existing now or in the future that link to the Terms, information about the AI-powered discount negotiation chatbot services, automated discount code generation, cart integration, and related e-commerce services as offered or will be offered on the Site and NaasBot Applications (collectively, referred to as the "Platform")
These Terms are effective for all existing and future NaasBot customers, including but without limitation to Clients having access to the Platform.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Platform, you are agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract with TraveeZo Technologies Private Limited and/or its affiliates. The Platform is owned and operated by TraveeZo Technologies Private Limited, a Private Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Sr.No.22/3, F.No.8, Paradigam Opal, Iris SOC. Baner Gaon, Pune, Pune City, Maharashtra, India, 411045 (hereinafter referred to as "Traveezo" or "Us" or "We") and the End Client ("you" or "Client").
By agreeing to the Terms you signify your acceptance of the Terms and other Traveezo policies (including the privacy policy, cancellation and refund policy, and take down policy). By accessing the Platform we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the Platform if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
For the purpose of these Terms, all the defined and capitalized terms have such meaning as assigned to them herein below, any capitalized terms not defined above in Clause 1.1 will have such meaning as assigned to them under the respective clauses of the Agreement:
"Applicable Laws" shall mean acts, rules, ordinances, regulations, notifications, circulars, or decisions of any executive, judicial, administrative, or quasi-judicial authority or another document.
"Intellectual Property Rights" means patents, rights to Inventions, copyright and related rights, trade marks, business names and domain names, rights in get-up, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off or unfair competition, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, rights to use, and protect the confidentiality of, confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world.
"Personal Data" means any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
"Persons" means any natural person, limited or unlimited liability company, corporation, partnership (whether limited or unlimited), proprietorship, Hindu undivided family, trust, union, association, government or any agency or political subdivision thereof or any other entity that may be treated as a person under applicable law.
"Privacy Policy" means the privacy policy of Traveezo with respect to treatment of Clients' information as provided here.
"AI Services" means the artificial intelligence-powered chatbot functionality provided through the Platform that enables automated customer interactions, discount negotiation conversations, and intelligent response generation based on customer inquiries.
"Discount Codes" means unique, time-limited promotional codes automatically generated by the Platform for use by customers who successfully negotiate discounts through the AI chatbot interface.
"Client" means any business entity or individual that installs and uses the NaasBot application and/or services through any channel and integrations including but not limited to Shopify, APIs and other channels to provide AI-powered discount negotiation services to their customers.
"End Customer" means any individual who interacts with the NaasBot chatbot interface on a Client's application or service including but not limited to Shopify stores, owned services and other end customer touch points for the purpose of product inquiry or discount negotiation.
"Services" refer to the AI-powered chatbot services, automated discount negotiation functionality, discount code generation and management, cart integration services, customer engagement tools, and related technical support aimed at helping Clients improve their operations and End Customers experience. Detailed information about these services is accessible on the Platform.
"Clients" means any Person who or which uses the Services, including any Persons who or which access the Platform or access the content displayed thereof. This includes both Clients who install and configure the NaasBot application and End Customers who interact with the chatbot interface.
The words which are used in this Agreement which have special meanings, have been defined in the body of this Agreement.
The provisions of these Terms form a part of this Agreement and shall have effect as if set out in full in the body of this Terms.
Words denoting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
Words denoting any gender include all genders.
The headings in these Terms are inserted for convenience only and shall be ignored in construing any meaning in these Terms.
Any reference to a natural person shall, include his/her heirs, executors and permitted assignees and any reference to a juristic person shall, include its affiliates, successors and permitted assignees, unless repugnant to the context.
You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and are fully able and competent to understand and agree the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms.
For Clients: You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind your business entity to these Terms and that you possess all necessary licenses, permits, and authorizations required to operate an e-commerce business in your jurisdiction.
Compliance with Applicable Laws: You are in compliance with all the Applicable Laws and regulations of India, when you access and use the Services. You agree to use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and Applicable Law, and in a manner that does not violate our legal rights or those of any third party(ies). Clients agree to comply with all applicable consumer protection laws, e-commerce regulations, and pricing disclosure requirements when using the features.
You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms or are unable to be bound by the Terms. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk, including the risk that you might be exposed to content that is objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate.
In order to use the Services on the Platform, you must first agree to the Terms. You can accept the Terms by:
Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where it is made available to you by Traveezo in the Client interface for any particular Service; or
Installing, downloading and actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that Traveezo will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the Client's details for each visit. Cookies are used by our Site to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.
NaasBot's Services on the Platform are accessible to Clients upon installation of the Shopify application and configuration of API credentials.Â
NaasBot enables Clients to integrate an AI-powered chatbot on their product pages that engages End Customers in natural conversation to negotiate discounts. The Platform automatically generates time-limited discount codes and manages cart integration.
NaasBot utilizes third-party AI services and external APIs to provide chatbot functionality. While we strive to maintain high service availability, the performance and accuracy of AI responses may vary based on factors including but not limited to conversation context, product information quality, and external API availability.
Traveezo reserves the right to modify, at any time, the nature of Services or any part of Services and these Terms. Clients are requested to regularly visit and review these Terms and Privacy Policy, as may be updated from time to time.
Clients may avail the Services from the Platform by:
Installing the NaasBot Shopify application or on any other integration platform or using the APIs and completing the setup process;
Configuring API credentials and discount parameters through the admin interface;
payment of fees for the nature of Services sought to be availed of by the Client;
accessing (directly or indirectly) the Platform or any content thereof shared by Traveezo.
simply surfing and/or browsing the Platform.
Client agrees and acknowledges that for complete access to the Services, may have to submit certain Personal Data and for successful transaction to be completed on the Platform, it is imperative for the Client to provide that all such information is true, accurate, complete and updated.
Clients acknowledge that discount codes generated through the Platform are subject to the discount parameters configured in their admin settings, including maximum percentage limits (1-50%), expiry times, and minimum quantity requirements. Clients retain full control over these parameters and are solely responsible for ensuring discount offers align with their business policies and profit margins.
The AI chatbot functionality is provided through external API integration. NaasBot does not guarantee specific conversion rates, sales outcomes or customer satisfaction levels resulting from chatbot interactions. Actual results may vary based on numerous factors including product pricing, market conditions, chatbot configuration, and customer behavior.
The Platform may include information and/or links to third-party services, payment processors, or analytics providers. Traveezo does not endorse or support these services or the products they provide beyond the scope of our direct integration. These links are shared for the Clients' convenience only and Traveezo is not responsible or liable for the content or accuracy of these external services. In case of any concerns, Clients may email their issues or concerns to our support team at support@naasbot.ai
Chat conversation data between End Customers and the AI chatbot may be logged and analyzed to improve service quality and train AI models. All such data handling is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
Subject to Applicable Laws, Traveezo may stop provision of Services (or any part of Services), permanently or temporarily, to a Client or to Clients generally or may modify or change the nature of Services and/or these Terms at its sole discretion, without any prior notice to the Clients. Use of Services by a Person following any such modification constitutes such Person's deemed acceptance to be bound by this Agreement (or as it may be modified).
The Client acknowledges that the Platform may include an automatic update or upgrade feature for the software used to access the Platform. You agree that unless restricted by your device, its settings, or computer software, Traveezo or the relevant software/application store may notify you of available updates or upgrades and automatically deliver them to your device or computer periodically. Installing certain updates or upgrades may be necessary to maintain access or use of the Services or its specific features, including those intended to resolve issues. All updates or upgrades provided by us under these Terms shall be considered an integral part of the Services.
Clients acknowledge that the NaasBot application integrates with Shopify's platform and may be subject to Shopify's terms of service, app store policies, and technical requirements. Any changes to Shopify's platform may require corresponding updates to the NaasBot application.
The Client shall be solely liable to separately back up his/her files and data that may be uploaded on the Platform. Under no circumstances will Traveezo be liable to anyone for damages of any kind arising out of loss of Client's files and/or data uploaded on the Platform.
In the event that there is any violation of the Terms, Traveezo at its discretion may disable a Client's access to account and may be prevented from accessing the Services, account and any other content included in the account.
Traveezo reserves the right to suspend or terminate client accounts that demonstrate abusive discount practices, fraudulent activity, violation of Shopify's terms of service, or patterns of customer complaints related to chatbot interactions or discount fulfillment.
Traveezo reserves the right, in accordance with Applicable Laws, to suspend, modify, or terminate the provision of Services, either temporarily or permanently, to any Client or Clients in general. Traveezo may also alter the nature of Services and/or these Terms at its sole discretion without prior notice. By using the Services after any modifications, the Client is deemed to accept and be bound by the updated terms.
Client acknowledges and agrees that with respect to the access to Services on the Platform, no representation is given by Traveezo that any Services discussed in or accessible through this Platform are suitable for the Client or any particular person. The Client acknowledges that her use of this Platform and any requests for information he/she has made as a result of visiting this Platform have not been solicited by Traveezo or any of its affiliates and that the provision of any information through this Platform shall not constitute or be considered advice in any manner. The information contained on this Platform is not intended to provide professional advice. Persons accessing these pages should obtain appropriate professional advice when necessary; Traveezo hereby disclaims any and all liability arising out of Client's use of the Services.
Clients acknowledge that the AI chatbot may generate responses that could be perceived as making product claims, pricing promises, or service commitments. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all automated chatbot responses comply with applicable advertising laws, consumer protection regulations, and their own business policies. NaasBot is not responsible for the content of chatbot conversations or any commitments made during automated interactions.
If you provide Traveezo with any suggestions, ideas, alterations, or documents concerning Traveezo's activities ("Feedback"), you acknowledge and agree that:
Your Feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information belonging to third parties.
Traveezo has no obligation to keep your Feedback confidential and retains the freedom to use it without limitations.
Similar Feedback might have been received from other customers or might already be under Traveezo's consideration or development.
By providing the Feedback, you grant Traveezo an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to utilize, modify, create, publish, distribute, and sublicense the Feedback. Furthermore, you waive any claims or assertions against Traveezo and its customers related to the provided Feedback.
Clients shall use the Services only for such purposes as is permitted by these Terms.
While some of the Services are available to Clients free of cost, certain parts of Services may be provided to the Clients at a cost.
Traveezo reserves the right to charge a subscription and/or membership fee in respect of its Services and/or any other charge or fee from Clients, anytime in future.
Clients are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of their access details (such as Client ID, password, API keys) concerning the Platform. Any access or use of the registered account shall be considered the action of the registered Client.
Client shall notify Traveezo immediately about any unauthorised use of account to enable Traveezo to take the necessary corrective action.
Clients must immediately notify NaasBot of any security breaches, unauthorized access to API credentials, or suspicious chatbot activity that could compromise End Customer data or result in fraudulent discount code generation.
We do not represent or warrant that the Platform will be available and meet your requirements, that access will not be interrupted, that there will be no delays, failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, that no viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties will be transmitted or that no damage will occur to your computer system. You have sole responsibility for adequate protection and back up of data and/or equipment and for undertaking reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses or other destructive properties. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, functionality or performance of any third party software that may be used in connection with the Platform.
NaasBot does not guarantee 100% uptime for the AI chatbot service. Service interruptions may occur due to external API dependencies, server maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Clients of planned maintenance windows.
You acknowledge that upon transacting with the Platform, you will receive an e-mail from Traveezo for the status of your transaction. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you and Traveezo is not responsible for the receipt of the supposed e-mail in your inbox. Be careful in providing right e-mail id.
You acknowledge that the SMS or WhatsApp message sent by Traveezo is an added facility for your convenience. It is not compulsory as per the law to provide SMS or WhatsApp message service alerts to the Clients. If you don't receive any SMS or WhatsApp message for any reason, Traveezo is not liable for the same.
Clients agree to comply with applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws governing the use of Services or Products and acknowledge sole responsibility for any infringement arising from their usage.
By uploading, submitting, or transmitting any content or information ("Content") through the Services, including but not limited to product descriptions, pricing information, chatbot configuration settings, and custom response templates, Clients grant Traveezo the license, permitting the use, reproduction, modification, and distribution of such Content for the operation, promotion, improvement of its Services, and development of new services. This license remains valid even if the Client stops using the Platform.
Clients grant NaasBot a license to use their product data, store branding elements, and chatbot conversation data for the purpose of providing the Services, improving AI model performance, and generating anonymized analytics. This license includes the right to process and analyze chat conversations to enhance chatbot response quality.
Unless otherwise specified and subject to Applicable Law, Traveezo retains ownership of all intangible assets and intellectual property, including data generated through Services, unless explicitly granted to the Client. This includes proprietary AI algorithms, chatbot training data, and analytical models developed using aggregated Client data.
Ownership of data resulting from Traveezo's engagement with Clients or provision of Services solely belongs to Traveezo, allowing its use according to the Privacy Policy.
Traveezo upholds the intellectual property rights of individuals and disclaims responsibility for any Client violations of such rights.
The content and information contained within our Website or delivered to you in connection with your use of our Website is the property of Company and any other third party (where applicable). The trademark, trade names and logos (the "Trade Marks") that are used and displayed on our Website include registered and unregistered Trade Marks of ourselves and other third parties.
Nothing on our Platform should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Trade Marks displayed on our Platform. We retain all proprietary rights on our Platform. Clients are prohibited from using the same without written permission of Traveezo or such other parties.
The materials on this Platform are protected by copyright and no part of such materials may be modified, reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, transmitted (in any form or by any means), copied, distributed, used for creating derivative works or used in any other way for commercial or public purposes without Traveezo's prior written consent.
"NaasBot" and related logos, chatbot interface designs, and proprietary features are trademarks of Traveezo Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these marks is strictly prohibited.
Clients agree not to use the Services, for any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited purposes under these Terms.
Clients will access the Platform and the Services as provided under the Terms and not attempt any unauthorized access unless specified in a separate written agreement with Traveezo.
Clients must not bypass security features, alter notices, or use Services in a manner that may threaten their integrity, performance, or availability.
Clients will not engage in activities such as reverse engineering, collecting data illegally, harassing other Clients, or uploading inappropriate content.
Clients shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the NaasBot application, chatbot AI algorithms, or any proprietary technology used to provide the Services.
Clients shall not manipulate, abuse, or exploit the discount negotiation system to generate unauthorized discount codes, circumvent discount limitations, or defraud Clients. This includes but is not limited to automated bot interactions, multiple account creation, or coordinated discount farming.
Clients must comply with the Applicable Laws and regulations, refrain from downloading illegal files, and not misuse the platform's functionalities.
Clients shall not transmit harmful elements, interfere with servers or networks, violate code of conduct, or engage in unauthorized access to Services.
Clients should refrain from disguising the origin of transmitted content, obtaining materials through unauthorized means, or violating any Applicable Laws.
Clients shall not manipulate attributions, violate existing laws, or breach the Terms or Privacy Policy.
Clients commit not to impersonate others, misrepresent affiliations, or falsely claim associations with Traveezo or its representatives.
Clients shall not configure the chatbot to make false or misleading statements, discriminatory offers, or violations of consumer protection laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring chatbot responses comply with all applicable advertising and pricing regulations.
End Customers shall not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward the AI chatbot or use the chat interface to transmit harmful code, spam, or inappropriate content.
Client is required to make advance payment of the membership/subscription fees payable to Traveezo in such form and manner as permissible on the Platform. Traveezo may use third party platforms in order to facilitate such payment by the Clients and will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Client by any such third parties. In addition to the membership fees, the Client may have to pay additional fees for certain specific Services offered by Traveezo on the Platform.
Client agrees and acknowledges that no refund shall be payable against any fees paid to Traveezo.
Clients acknowledge and agree that all fees or payments made in advance for Services are non-refundable. Once payment is made for the Services, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to absence, withdrawal, or cancellation of participation. The Client understands and accepts this policy before making any advance payments for Services.
Discount Code Fulfillment Policy:
1. Client Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for honoring all discount codes generated through the NaasBot platform. NaasBot facilitates the generation and application of discount codes but does not guarantee that Clients will fulfill discounted orders.
2. Code Validity: All discount codes generated by NaasBot are time-limited based on Client-configured expiry settings (default 15 minutes, customizable up to 10,080 minutes). Expired codes cannot be reactivated or extended.
3. Technical Failures: In cases where discount codes fail to generate due to technical errors, API failures, or system malfunctions, NaasBot will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but is not obligated to provide alternative discounts or compensation.
4. Code Limitations: Discount codes are single-use, product-specific, and subject to minimum quantity requirements as configured by the Client. Clients may modify these parameters at any time, which may affect pending or future discount offers.
5. No Refund for Service Fees: Service fees paid for the NaasBot application are non-refundable regardless of discount code usage, conversion rates, or Client satisfaction with chatbot performance.
6. Chargeback Policy: If an End Customer initiates a chargeback related to a discounted purchase, the Client remains solely responsible for resolving the dispute. NaasBot is not liable for chargeback fees, dispute resolution costs, or reversed transactions.
Commencement and Termination: Clients are bound by these Terms upon the initiation of using the Services until they discontinue using them. Regardless of termination, the rights and obligations of Clients, explicitly mentioned or inherent, will persist beyond the end of these Terms.
Client Termination and Traveezo's Rights: Clients can terminate this Agreement by discontinuing access to Platform or Services. Clients can uninstall the NaasBot application from their Shopify store at any time. Traveezo reserves the right to terminate these Terms by suspending or permanently restricting access to Services.
Traveezo Termination Rights: Traveezo may terminate a Client's access to Services under various circumstances, including breach of terms, non-payment for payable services, cessation of third-party relationships, commercial infeasibility, repeat infringement, or legal requirements. Additional grounds for termination include fraudulent discount practices, systematic abuse of the chatbot system, violation of Shopify's terms of service, or patterns of End Customer complaints.
Compliance and Termination: In case of non-compliance with Traveezo's rules, regulations, or policies, Traveezo reserves the right to immediately terminate access to computer resources, remove non-compliant information, or both. Traveezo will inform Clients periodically, at least annually, about compliance requirements outlined in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy or any amendments.
Upon termination, Clients acknowledge that: (a) all active discount codes generated through the Platform will remain valid until their configured expiry time; (b) access to chatbot analytics and conversation history may be revoked immediately; (c) NaasBot retains the right to use anonymized data collected during the service period for product improvement and analytics.
Continuation of Rights: Upon termination of this Agreement, the legal rights, obligations, and liabilities previously accrued and expressed to continue indefinitely will remain unaffected and persist indefinitely.
The Privacy Policy delineates Traveezo's protocols for handling and safeguarding Client data during their use of Services or Products. By utilizing these Services or Products, Clients expressly agree to authorize Traveezo's utilization of the data in compliance with the outlined Privacy Policy.
Clients agree that Traveezo may use the collected information to provide them with communication regarding Traveezo's offerings or updates. Traveezo may also use the information for marketing purposes, such as sending relevant updates and promotional materials however, the Client will always have the option to opt-out of receiving such communications.
NaasBot collects and processes chat conversation data between End Customers and the AI chatbot. This data may include product inquiries, negotiation attempts, discount acceptance/rejection patterns, and customer sentiment analysis. All chat data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
Traveezo takes appropriate measures to protect the Client's Personal Data from any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Traveezo uses secure technologies and follows industry-standard practices to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
Traveezo does not sell, trade or transfer your Personal Data to any unauthorized third-party without your consent.
However, anonymized and aggregated chatbot interaction data may be used for AI model training, product improvement, and industry research purposes without identifying individual Clients or End Customers.
The Client shall have the right to access, update or delete their Personal Data or any information, shared on the Platform. The Client also has the right to restrict or object to the processing of data. If the Client wishes to exercise any such right they can contact the Support Team at support@naasbot.ai
Traveezo has no special relationship with or fiduciary duty to you for accessing and using our Platform, Content and Services. We have no control over, and no duty to take any action regarding:
which Clients gain access to our Platform;
what Content you access via our Platform;
what effects our Content may have on you;
how you may interpret or use our Content; and
what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the Content.
Clients acknowledge that their use of Services is at their own risk, absolving Traveezo from liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising from such usage. Traveezo assumes no responsibility for the quality, authenticity, delivery, or any issues pertaining to goods/services provided through the Platform.
NaasBot is not liable for: (a) the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated chatbot responses; (b) lost sales, revenue, or profits resulting from chatbot interactions; (c) End Customer dissatisfaction with discount offers or negotiation outcomes; (d) technical failures of external APIs or third-party services; (e) discount code abuse or fraudulent redemption by End Customers; (f) conflicts between automated discount offers and Client's manual pricing strategies.
Client acknowledges that by availing the Services involves inherent risks. Traveezo is not liable for any physical, mental or emotional harm that may occur as a result.
Clients acknowledge that automated AI-driven discount negotiation involves business risks including potential profit margin erosion, customer expectation management challenges, and competitive positioning implications. NaasBot provides tools and recommendations but Clients retain full responsibility for their pricing strategies and business outcomes.
If Traveezo is found liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of our Platform or Services, available through our Platform, then the liabilities of the Traveezo in the aggregate will not exceed the aggregate cost of your purchased Service as set out in the confirmation email (whether for one event or a series of connected events). In case of an overcharge or mischarge caused by Traveezo, you can make a claim regarding all erroneous charges notwithstanding what is set out above. Claims should be submitted as soon as possible after occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted with undue delay may be considered void pursuant to the applicable statute of limitations.
Traveezo may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under these Terms and conditions to any of its affiliates or any third party at any time.
Clients agree to defend and hold Traveezo harmless against claims, actions, demands, liabilities, judgments, or settlements arising from their use of Services, breaches, or non-compliance with these Terms.
Clients specifically agree to indemnify NaasBot against: (a) claims by End Customers related to discount code disputes, product quality, delivery issues, or service failures; (b) violations of consumer protection laws, advertising regulations, or pricing disclosure requirements resulting from chatbot interactions; (c) data breaches or security incidents caused by Client's failure to secure API credentials; and (d) intellectual property claims related to product descriptions or content provided to the chatbot.
Traveezo explicitly disclaims all warranties regarding Services consistent availability, seamless functionality, data accuracy, security measures, or suitability for specific purposes, except as explicitly outlined in these Terms.
NaasBot provides the AI chatbot service "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of Clientability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of AI-generated responses. We do not warrant that the chatbot will increase sales, improve conversion rates, or achieve any specific business outcomes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Claims must be initiated within 30 days of the cause of action.
Clients have the provision to address complaints to our support team at support@naasbot.ai, ensuring timely resolution as per the applicable law and company guidelines.
